Supports USB DisplayPort Alternate Mode for Converting Audio/Video Signals
By connecting the built-in USB-C cable to a source device that supports USB DisplayPort Alt Mode, you can output 4K video and digital audio to an HDMI monitor, television or projector without installing special software drivers.
Transmits Crystal-Clear 4K HDMI Video with HDR and 4:4:4 Color
The U444-06N-H4UBC2 supports Ultra HD video resolutions up to 4K x 2K (4096 x 2160) at 60 Hz, as specified in HDMI 2.0. It is capable of carrying HDR signals, which provides a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks. HDCP 2.2 compliance allows you to stream iTunes and Netflix content with no complications. This adapter supports 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor.
Connects USB Peripherals and Transfers Data at Fast USB 3.1 Gen 1 Speeds
The USB-A port accepts USB peripherals, such as a flash drive, mouse, keyboard or printer, and supports charging up to 5V 1.5A (7.5W) for mobile devices. It transfers data at speeds up to 5 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. Note: Host must support USB OTG (On-the-Go).
PD 3.0 Charging Port Charges High-Powered Devices via AC Wall Charger
The USB-C Power Delivery port provides power output up to 20V 5A (100W), which is more than sufficient for charging and powering the connected source device, such as a MacBook or Chromebook. Connect the port to the device’s AC wall charger. Like the USB-A port, the USB-C port also transfers data at USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds up to 5 Gbps. Note: USB-C PD port does not support Quick Charge (QC).
Built-In USB-C Cable Attaches in Either Direction
Unlike traditional USB cables that connect in only one direction, the reversible USB-C male connector plugs into a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port in either direction for a fumble-free connection every time.
