How do I know if a product is in stock?

 

While most items are available to ship within a few days, some items are built to order and have extended delivery timeframes. The estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are based on if the item is in stock. In order to verify stock on a item, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase. We can be reached via phone, website chat, or email. Additionally, all of our items have a "Request Quote" button and this can be used to confirm product delivery times. Should the circumstance arise where the product you ordered is out of stock or delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately after the order is placed and prior to the payment being fully processed.

 

Do you accept resale tax exempt certificates?

 

Yes. We charge taxes in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Arkansas. If you wish to apply a tax exempt certificate, please create an account online and reach out to us prior to purchase. Tax exempt certificates can be sent to sales@southernele.com. You will be notified once it is approved and applied to the account. Tax exempt certificates need to be submitted and approved prior to purchase.

 

Can you ship using a 3rd Party account?

 

Yes. We can ship most orders using a 3rd Party FedEx or UPS account. Simply let us know prior to purchase and we will advise you of the steps to take when placing the order online. We can also credit the shipping amount after the order is placed if you provide the account number and desired shipping method in the checkout "Add Note" section.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

 

We sell products from hundreds of different manufacturers. Each manufacturer may or may not have a minimum order. Minimum order information can be found on the "Other Information" tab for all brands that have a minimum order requirement. If you have any questions regarding minimum order amounts or possible orders below minimum, please contact us or use the "Request Quote" button.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes. We are able to ship most of our products internationally. However, our website will not allow for an order to be completed if the shipping address is located outside of the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, we require for a quote to be sent first. Additionally, all international orders are Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable. Please email us at sales@southernele.com with any questions or to request a quote.

 

Do you accept returns?

 

Yes. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. Product must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition and be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and forms. Many of our manufacturers only accept returns with a restock fee. We recommend contacting us prior to purchase with any questions regarding potential return fees.

 

Do you only sell the items that are listed on your website?

 

No. We work with hundreds of manufacturers and work directly with many large distributors throughout the world. If you do not see an item listed on our website, please contact us. Additionally, our Global Sourcing capabilities allow us to find hard to get or discontinued items. We have worldwide access to primary and surplus suppliers, and if the item you are looking for is out there somewhere, we can find it!

 

Do you accept purchase orders?

 

Yes. Purchase orders can be sent to sales@southernele.com. If credit card information is needed, one our of salesman will reach out. For open account customers, the purchase order will be confirmed and processed by our team. For any customers requesting a Net 30 account, please email us at sales@southernele.com and we will provide you with a copy of our Credit Application. Credit Applications can take up to 5 business days for approval, so we recommend using credit card for time sensitive orders.

 

Do you provide reseller/bulk/project pricing?

 

We can provide lower pricing when available. In many cases, prices fluctuate daily across the internet. We strive to provide the most competivie pricing that we can offer. If you are a resller, want to request bulk/project pricing, or see lower pricing advertised elswhere, please use our "Request Quote" button. One of our salesman will provide you with a competitive quote.

 

Do you ship overnight?

 

We ship from various locations throughout the United States. Some warehouses can ship same day as long as the order is received prior to their respective cutoff times. Other warehouses can take up to 2 days to process air orders. We recommend contacting us prior to purchase for all rush orders. We will confirm stock and ensure the delivery timeframe can be met. Should the circumstance arise where the product you ordered is out of stock or delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately after the order is placed and prior to the payment being fully processed.
