DESCRIPTION
The HOME 6 Connector provides network connections for Cat 6 UTP structured cabling systems in residential applications. The connectors support high megabit applications and meets channel-rated performance according to TIA Cat 6 standards.
The HOME 6 Connector shall allow wire termination by use of traditional punchdown methods. The wiring color code shall follow T568A/B scheme, displayed on a label on the connector. The connector body shall be made of fire-retardant plastic with a flammability rating of 94V-0. It shall be compliant with ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 and ANSI/TIA1096-A, and have cULus certification.
