The box is a rugged, lightweight weatherproof economy enclosure that is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Constructed from injection molded ABS resin, it is well suited for a wide range of temperature or harsh environments. Brass inserts are molded into the back of the enclosure allowing you to install the included wall mounting bracket kit which comes uninstalled and bagged with its hardware inside of the enclosure. Once the brackets are installed the enclosure can be mounted directly to any flat wall surface provided proper screws are used into secure studs. The brackets, once installed, also allow you to use our HGX-PMT pole mount kits. The raised lid features a 2-part molded hinge and molded quick release latches with a locking eye on the lid. The raised lid is fully gasketed. This enclosure comes with a removable plastic mounting plate, which has molded in screw attachment grid for easy mounting of hardware components. The enclosure material is UV stabilized and comes in neutral light gray color. The NBE141006-KIT03 is ideal for custom applications, which may require special modifications to the enclosure. Molded in bosses inside the enclosure are used for the mounting plate. The NBE141006-KIT03 is designed for use as electrical and electronic box in many environments including factories and processing plants; municipal and state government installations; retail, wholesale, warehouse and commercial facilities. These enclosures are also suited use as an instrument enclosure in both indoor and outdoor applications. The HGX-PMT series of pole mounting kits allow the populated enclosure to be securely mounted to a variety of different size poles. Compatible versions include HGX-PMT13, HGX-PMT16, HGX-PMT28, HGX-PMT29, HGX-PMT30 & HGX-PMT33 *Note: Any holes or openings you might introduce must be properly sealed to maintain NEMA Type 4 / IP66 rating
