The Jonard Tools FT-6 Flaring & Insertion Tool is designed to facilitate the expansion of cable. This flaring tool is the perfect tool for spreading COAX cable jackets, which allows easy insertion of F connectors. This flaring tool features the following:
- Perfect for use on polyethylene jacketed, plenum, tri-shield, and quad-shield RG6 cables
- Alleviates the bunching of aluminum foil behind the connector, providing easy F connector installation
- Made of heat treated carbon steel with a black oxide finish for maximum durability and cold weather functionality
- Flaring end of tool is used for RG6 and Quad RG6 Cables
- Insertion end of tool is used for RG6, RG59, and RG11 F Connectors
