IMAX digitally re-mastered content for the home environment is created to provide the same sharp 4K HDR images and powerful sound just as the filmmaker intended. Pioneer Elite’s IMAX Mode is meticulously optimized to play digitally remastered content to deliver the best viewing and listening experience on Earth.

Apple AirPlay 2*

Apple AirPlay 2 lets you effortlessly stream music or podcasts to speakers throughout your house using any Apple device or by asking Siri, and it all stays in perfect sync.

Advanced MCACC Auto Room Tuning featuring Auto Phase Control Plus

Advanced MCACC adjusts the sound according to the listening room and speakers, and also creates clearer sound by suppressing the standing waves that occur between walls or ceiling and floor. Measurement of up to nine positions can be saved for a wide listening area. Auto Phase Control Plus* makes real-time analysis of the phase difference, and automatically compensates the gap between the LFE and main signals, providing strong bass and clear high-frequency sound.

Dolby Atmos

You can reproduce object-oriented sound in smooth, curving movements, or the realistic three-dimensional movement overhead by the top speakers.

DTS:X

Can automatically adapt the audio to the existing channels and speaker system, no specific speaker layout is required.

Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization

Creating a virtual surround and height effect from traditional speaker layouts without employing additional surround or height speakers.

Ready for 4K HDR entertainment

Enjoy support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) video including HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision®, and BT.2020. The 4:4:4 color space is also supported. Six HDMI inputs, ARC-ready MAIN OUT, and SUB OUT pass 4K/60p and HDR video from player to compatible TV and projector and all terminals are HDCP 2.2 compliant.

Powered Zone 2 with Dedicated DAC

This product is able to drive speakers in another room, without the need for a separate amplifier and the DAC for Zone 2 lets you listen to all digital audio sources.
